A group consists of either:

• 10 or more passengers from the same origin city to the same destination
• or a single reservation for 10 or more rooms at one hotel

The benefits of making a group reservation include:

• Hotel rooms will be arranged as close as possible to other group members
• Baggage handling at the hotel may be included for all Las Vegas hotels
• In most cases, private airport-to-hotel transfers can be arranged for the group
• Hotel check-in is more efficient and organized when a hotel is prepared for a group reservation
